4. No Guarantees of Specific Rankings

We do not guarantee specific rankings in Google or any other search engine. Search engine algorithms change frequently and are outside our control. We apply industry best practices, and while we have a strong track record of improving rankings and organic traffic for roofing clients, past results do not guarantee future performance. Any case study figures quoted on this website represent client results achieved and are not promises of identical outcomes.

5. Payment and Fees

Service fees are agreed in advance and set out in your client agreement or proposal. Payment terms are as stated in that agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received by the agreed due date. Any Google Ads budget is separate from our management fee and is paid directly to your Google Ads account.

6. Client Obligations

To enable us to deliver services effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your business and services
  • Grant us the necessary access to your website, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile as required
  • Respond to reasonable requests for approvals or information within agreed timescales
  • Ensure any content or materials you provide do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of SEO For Roofers UK and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

Content, copy, and assets we create for your campaign remain the property of SEO For Roofers UK until full payment has been received, at which point ownership transfers to you as agreed in your client agreement.
